Thank you for your interest in partnering with Forsyth Humane Society for a fundraising event. Because we are funded entirely by private donations and fees for service, we rely on the generosity of people like you to help us fulfill our mission of caring for homeless animals in our community. Please note: In general, we are unable to provide administrative, volunteer or logistical assistance for your event. Your organization must have the means to sell tickets, staff the event, send and track invitations, initiate publicity and commit the necessary funds for advertising.
Please fill out the following application as completely as possible and return to the contact information provided below. Applications are reviewed in the order they are received. Please do not print any materials, pursue any media publicity or solicit cash or in-kind sponsors until you have received written approval for your event from Forsyth Humane Society.
Due to the volume of requests we receive, our own fundraising events, media schedule, privacy policy and limited staffing, we are unable to provide:
1. Advertising on the home page of our website or links to your website*.
2. Volunteers or staff to help run your event.
3. Funding to start up or pay for any part of your event, nor can we provide any fee waivers or discounts.
4. Mailing lists, email addresses or other contact information of our donors or adopters, as this is protected information under our privacy policy.
5. Animals available for adoption at your event.
